Please look over our prices or call our office and we will be glad to schedule you. If you are a new billing patient, please call the office or submit insurance form before scheduling. We will call you to schedule. Follow-up billing patients may schedule here (choose half hour apt). Follow up self pay patients if acupuncture only special choose half hourr.
"All-Inclusive" patients choose 1 hour.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A $35 fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
